Mission
Our mission is to serve Bradley County Veterans and their families with dignity and compassion. To be the Veterans advocate by ensuring they receive high quality care, support, entitlements and the recognition earned in service to our nation. To enhance Bradley County Citizens’ awareness of Veterans Administration benefits and of the sacrifices the Veterans have made.
Walk-ins are welcome and accommodated on a first-come first served basis, or you may call for an appointment.
The Bradley County / Cleveland Veterans Affairs Service Office is not a part of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), which is a federal agency. This office is established and funded by local government to assist the veteran or veteran’s family in dealing with the VA.
