Building Inspections

Bradley County Building Inspections operates under the purview of the Bradley County Planning Office, and in cooperation with the Stormwater Department. We are continually working to provide you with the information necessary for you to proceed through the permitting and inspections process easily and efficiently. If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact a member of our staff.

If you need to schedule an inspection, we ask for a minimum of one day advance notice, please call 423-728-7106 and we will schedule it for you.

We are conveniently located in historic downtown Cleveland in the basement of the courthouse annex just across Broad Street from the main Courthouse. You may enter either from the main entrance at 155 Broad Street NW and come down the elevator, or you may enter under the burgundy awning on First Street.
